Best graphics card for 50 addons cheap

Looking for a good graphics card that can handle around 50-70 addon cars cleanly. Willing to pay up to €250 if anyone can link a few. The one I have  now is a geforce 950, 4gb which can't handle it.

    Hands down best value for performance = 1660 Super you can go for the 2070 but it's a bit more and about a 30% performance gain and it would last you longer.
