Can't arrest pursuit drivers

Featured Replies

I realised that I can not arrest drivers that escape from a pursuit. I mean, a red dot appears on the map (not a callout, just like random encounter). I shoot at the wheels or stop the car somehow, and the driver goes off with the hands in the air, however I can't arrest them, I can't frisk, I can't ask for transportation and I can not make them lay on the floor. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Yes, i have the same problem, I hope the lspdfr team looked this mistake of this API. Only the Backup can arrest them, but they can also starting to get bugged after the arrest. I recommend to reporting the Random Points and calling the backup to stop them until the bug is fixed.
