The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I don't know what is causing this flickering issue, it's extremely distracting and I can't really play. I have arrest manager, LSPDFR+, traffic policer, ELS, a few car models, and some callouts installed. I am on the latest GTA 5 and Rage Plugin Hook version with the latest Windows 10. My graphics drivers are updated. Any help would be appreciated!
