The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

The freeze is caused by an overheating of your pc, so if necessary remove some plugins (if you have some) and i recommend at first to disable graphic settings. I recommend to disable all the advanced graphic settings and Vsync (vertical syncronization). To confirm that please tell us what is your graphic card and your processor. You can also come back o preset graphic settings (is the last option).

    Ill check someof the plugins i have and delete some.

    i just checked my AMD performance grade and its "marginal" which im assuming not the best

     

    Not sure where these settings really are

    the vsync i turned off in game like you said and i deleted a few plugins

    Ok also increase your timeout from 10000 to 60000 (ms)
