Lspdfr 4.7 crashes after start load , اe was working before format my computer

Update .Net Framework, also update your operative system to windows 10. (windows 7, 8, 8.1 are obsolete)

Looks like LSPDFR was terminated (check last 3 lines of the log) there might be a bug in the lspdfr plugin that caused RagePluginHook to terminate it to prevent GTA5 from crashing, try removing any ELS vehicle models and any weapon models if installed. This is sometimes causing LSPDFR to crash for me too.

This error is not caused bt invalid vehicles or weapons, he must update .Net ramework how said the crash: 

Could not load type 'System.ValueTuple`2' from assembly 'mscorlib, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'.
