Hey everyone

Yesterday I was on a normal patrol until I saw a random police bike spawn on the highway (it spawned without driver), I cleaned it up and after I saw another one spawn in and I don't know what is causing it to spawn. I also found out that if I'm in the police garage and I navigate to the police bike, the police bike falls on the ground. Does anyone have the same issues? Or does anyone know how to fix it?
