So I went on vacation for about 2 months, right before I left I tried to open RPH and it says "insufficient permissions or bad antivirus" but GTA V still opened up

I get back I reinstall GTA V and install RPH only and try it and it still says "insufficient permissions or bad antivirus" and GTA V opens.

Now I have nvidia overlay disabled I have Folder named to "Grand Theft Auto 5" and no anti virus software, I'm looking for solutions Please let me know if you have any.
