I reinstal GTA 4 today. I re-downloaded the mod and it was successful. I troubled shoot GTA 4 and found 0 errors. Now I can't play GTA 4. I tried running as administrator. Nothing happends. It said "GTA 4 not responding" Please reply. I read the guide-lines. Done everything I can. But I can't play GTA 4!!!!
