What, do not judge strictly for my English because I write through a translator, but not the essence.
My problem is that when I run the GTA5 through Rage Plugin Hook and Rockstar Games Launcher, I get an unexpected mistake. I was looking for a solution to this problem in the Russian community LSPDfr and LCPDfr, LCPDFR.com and YouTube. Found a couple of solutions (anti-virus disable and file dll installation (mf.dll mfplat.dll mfcore.dll mfreadwrite.dll)), and this did not help (tried to remove some plugins and scripts as well). And all this led me to a complete pre-installation of the game, fashion, plugins, etc. And even after a complete reinstallation, the mistake still comes out.

I will be very grateful if you help me.🙂

Try to run the game as usual then try to run the mod without any plugins, if it still doesn't work try to run the mod on directX 11. if it still creats problems lemme know 🙂

i deleted lspdfr, rph and all plugins & scripts... and, its works. after I installed only lspdfr & rph also everything works. now I will gradually install mods and plugins and then I'll see what happens. thank you in advance🙂
