Natural Vision and VisualV keep crashing GTA

Hi guys, 

 

Was wondering if anyone could help but I have installed NVR and VisualV and it works totally fine when playing GTA without launching it via RageHook but as soon as I launch the GTA via RageHook it either crashes on loading or it crashes after a couple minutes in game anyone know how to fix this?

    To both:

    Launch GTA normally from Steam/Rockstar Games Launcher then while on the loading screen quickly alt+tab and launch Rage. Worked for me, dont know about you though
