If you lost your patchday into the mods folder you can drage and drop (with OPEN IV) the folder "update" into mods folder.

If you lost your patchday that were in the gta v main directory enter GTA 5 with administrator settings with Rockstar Games Launcher, this deletes corrupted files and/or inserts missing (original) files
