The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Please send your ragepluginhook.log file int the main folder of Grand Theft Auto V

I was able to solve it by replacing my "updates" and "x64" folders from :mods for the original ones, and then i had to install all my cars and textures again, takes time but at least for my it worked
