The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

RPH will crash right after the blurry red & blue lights appear on screen, just as the rph window fades off to the left of the screen stating "hooking game instance...Enjoy"

Was playing just fine as of nine to ten hours ago

I did notice that Rock star games launcher wanted to do an update when I first tried to launch lspdfr this morning, and then after that's when the problems started. Not sure if they're related or not?
