The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

*FPS is estimated by my mind, it is still similar to how to perform.

 

As you could see, the GPU usage monitor when LSDPFR while on duty shows that LSDPFR under use the GPU compared to unmodded.
This test was done without any other mods or changes to game file.
Is this expected or a bug? I've already posted about this but still haven't get any answer from devs.
