No audible sounds when using police smart radio

hello,

When i use police smart radio to do say a licenses plate check. I get no audio of the dispatcher reading out the license plate. Nor do i get an audio of where ems has been dispatched using police smart radio. i have read several threads and have found no help. Reinstalled Police smart radio several times. I'm lost of words of what to do next.
