I have tired to install Vocal Dispatch into my game which is on the latest version of GTA and LSPDFR and I get this error message when going on duty (Picture below). i have also included my RagePluginHook.log if that helps!

1) Go to start and type into the start menu search "Region & language settings" or go to the Windows 10 settings->Time and Language->Region and Languages"

2) If you do not have "English (United States) then click "Add a language" here, select "English->English (United States)" and then go to next step.

3) Open the newly/already created language on the list (NOT DROP DOWN) but the list near the bottom located here and then select "Options".

4) Look under "Speech" and click "Download".

5) Now go back to "Region & language" and click on English (United States) again but this time select "Set as default"

6) Now if you already have the game open via RageHook open the console (with f4) if you haven't changed the default key and run the command "ReloadPlugins", then run "ForceDuty" and check inside "Pause->Breif->Notifications" and look for the notification referring to VocalDispatch that reads "VocalDispatch: Loaded 28 phrases"
