The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi people! I’m new to lspdfr and am doing it cause of stevethegamer55. I am wondering, what are the programs I have to download and what are some ways to get chargers and Tahoe’s???

    Get OpenIV. You use this program to install car mods, sirens, weapons, and other game files. You need to make a "mods" folder. Otherwise an error could ruin your base game. Watch these videos by Benzo. He explains everything very well (for installing OPENIV, mods folder, and cars). He has other helpful tutorials too.
