MyShift - Custom Set Shifts For Uniformity

Have you ever noticed how you can do a patrol on LSPDFR and you see a multitude of different officers, deputies, troopers, and agents coming to back you up? Different faces, different unit numbers -- making your anxiety boil. MyShift could be the savior of all of your problems. My idea behind this would be a custom XML file that would give you control of the people on your shift and to make sure the same officer and same cruisers responded as your backup. I have plenty more ideas to follow this, however, I need to learn how to put it together. I understand XML but I do not understand coding very well.
