In the Episodes of Liberty City DLC for GTA 4, there were 2 new peds. with the model names of "ciadlc" and they appear variously throughout the story of both games. And I was wondering if it was possible to get these peds to ride in cars with the FIB officers when they get dispatched during a wanted level? And, if it was possible to have them equip the same weapons as the FIB and NOOSE?

Okay, but what file within the game's folders contains the information that dispatched the NOoSE, LCPD, and FIB. Cuz all I really want to do is get the people in trench coats, and bullet proof vests to spawn during a wanted level. And, if it's possible to change their weapon arsenal when coming at higher star levels.

I greatly appreciate this. But I thought script mods didn't work anymore. Since I am using the Complete Edition version of GTA 4 from Steam. Version 1.2.0.30 to be exact. But if it works, I thank you for this. But what file is it that deploys the Cops during a wanted level?

If you can get gta iv patch 1.0.7.0 or eflc 1.1.2.0 then this will be working 100% but complete edition removed everything.

Yes. That is my only problem. I can't downgrade without a certain "LaunchGTAIV.exe" and I tried downloading a crack file, but didn't work unfortunately.

Yes the script worked properly. I was able to install the game using the retail disk version. It works perfectly. Thank you
