Can't put suspects on my vehicle neither call transportation

When I arrest a suspect I have I'm following me... After I press E and open the back door but he doesn't go in just stays waiting... And I can't neither call transportation unity please help... 

Even if I open the door when they are cuffed they don't go in... Just stay still waiting for me to do something

    I have the same problem here, i tried to put the suspect in my patrol car thrue the LSPDFR E keybind and also thrue the keybind for arrest mannager by Albo.

    Unfortunatly both dont work at all.
