Crashing after installing some things

Game launched tries to hook, then on the loading screen it insta crashes. I believe its maybe because i tried to replace policeB in x64e vehicles.rpf

 

Has anyone got a way to fix this please? As i dont want to reinstall from fresh because i have many mods and models installed which work fine before i tried to mess with the policeB
