I have the base game running fine, I even beat the prologue. Then when I try the RAGE plugin it doesn't work. I even have the newest RAGE plugin from December 14, 2019. Any thoughts or solutions?

This is also the version of my GTA V through Steam. Is this the latest version? I can't seem to find out how to update, maybe this is the case? 

i'v been having some crashes after becoming a cop n it does it when ever i go out n get in my car  but here is my rage log

I attached it as a txt file. I'm not sure what you mean by actual log, I'm a noob XD

You gave us your crash log, not the rage plugin hook log. In the GTA V main folder you will find a file called RagePluginHook.log. That is the file we need.
