Hello guys, i have this problem when i  try to run GTA V with RagePlugin 

Tried to reinstall lcpdfr , run as administrator, deleted created charachters.. any ideas? Thank you for your time.

Open Rage Plugin Hook, open up Settings, put 20000 in Plugin Timeout threshold, uncheck/check all plugins, in RPH Game Settings make sure "Force Fullscreen Mode" and "Borderless Window" are enabled, then launch the game

I tried this but now seems it won't load at all.

My specs:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3500U 2.10

RAM: 8GB

And i ran it before, i can't figure out why it won't start again.

On your first screenshot it seems you have successfully launched RPH but it crashed while loading LSPDFR, on your second screenshot it has crashed even before GTA V was being started, is that correct?

I uninstalled my antivirus and now is working, turns out it was slowing my pc, thank you for your time sir!
