Is there any vehicle with the ability to actually use the push bar to its potential, like these crown vics in this video, or any script that does this?(Video of this pictured here)

Asking since the most I can do is probably 50 feet with nitro, 10x engine torque and 500x engine power on a small sedan

Don't know if this would be possible as the game wasn't really built for 'pushing' vehicles.  it was a bit better in IV but not by much.
