So whenever I detain someone on a traffic stop and then go to grab them to lead them back to my cruiser, my character grabs their arm and then they walk back to their car and drive forward a couple of feet, get out, get back in and drive forward a couple of feet and keep doing this until i walk back to my cruiser. Then they come over and I can place them in the back.

Ok now I cant even get them into the back because when I can finally grab them as soon as I get to my cruiser they walk away.
