Lights and Sirens not working on some vehicles

Featured Replies

After downloading a couple vehicle packs, specifically the Blaine County Sheriff Pack and the Los Santos Police Department Pack, most sirens on police vehicles no longer work. I press E and/or click down on my controller's thumbstick, and it only sounds the horn. It only does this on certain vehicles though -- it still works on Coast Guard vehicles from what I've tested.

I already had ELS downloaded, and had no custom sirens downloaded beforehand. Just to test this and to see if it would fix it, I downloaded the Modern Siren Pack. That, again, only seemed to work on the Coast Guard vehicles, and the sirens on police vehicles still don't work.

Did I install something wrong? Do I need to change something on a file? Thanks in advance.

Edit: After investigating a bit more, it seems that the only cars affected are the only ones with .xml files in my ELS folder. They are fbi buffalo, LSPD cruiser and buffalo, and sheriff cruiser and SUV. One of them is in all caps: POLICE.xml, and the others are all lower case (fbi.xml, police2.xml, police4.xml, sheriff.xml, sheriff2.xml)

Is this my problem? Or is it something I need to fix within the .xml files?
