The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

EUP Broke, Im new and don't know how to fix it.

I was trying to add some stuff off the LSPDFR page for EUP and when I loaded in EUP Menu it came up with a message (shown below) also my default menu key F-9 or F-11 (I forget what key it is) wouldn't open that menu. I than proceed to go the the station where everything in the EUP menu seems alright. However there are some messed up hats and it the menu was slower.
