The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have an ELS car installed and all, but nothing is working properly. I downloaded ELS and when I get in the car nothing works. I have pressed scroll lock to activate it but it does not work. The Control panel wont open at all, and just ELS is not working for me.
