GTA IV + Mods on Steam

Hello fellow officers,

I've bought GTA IV + Liberty City Histories trough steam, and I want to put some mods on it, including LCPD First Response.

The thing is, the same files we modify to enable mods, you do for using cheat, so I'm afraid of changing files and be classified as cheater and banned in someway...

It would be nice if someone could pass me the necessary files in this step of the install instructions:

- Ensure that FirstResponse.net.dll is in the SCRIPTS folder and that AdvancedHook.dll is in the GTA IV ROOT folder.
- Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder

Also, could I play GTA online with mods enabled?

You can play GTA online with mods enabled. They won't ban ya.

You can play online but you cannot non-trainers servers which is a pain but understandable.
