The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hey guys, I just installed the LSPDFR and downloaded the latest RPH, I'm getting this annoying error that says that the RPH can't hook to the game due to insufficient permissions or bad anti virus.. I tried everything including disabling my av, adding exclusions to it, start RPH as admin, forced windowed mode, directx 11, 60000 on the plugin load, and i know this question gonna come so this is my GTA path: E:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V
