EUP uniforms only spawning on peds sometimes.

Hello officers! Some NPC Cops seem to spawn with the vanilla unmodded uniform while some spawn just fine with the EUP uniforms. I have an LSPD Nypd based uniform pack added aswell, but this has been happening since day one. Also only some peds spawn with the NYPD based uniform pack, while some don't (With basic EUp and basic GTA V uniform)

 

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
