The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I know theres tons of these posts but I've tried what I could but I cant find out why I'm crashing when I go on duty. I attached my RPH Log, any help would be greatly appreciated, if there's any other info I can provide tell me and Ill do what I can.

    In case anyone else has been having issues and is using vocal dispatch set your wait time for plugins in the RPH launcher to 60,000.
