hi i just installed gta4 on my windows 10  pc on steam and lcpdfr first issue im haveing is i load gta4 with lcpdfr and it takes for ever to load  2 issue i messed around with the files a little with the help from youtube and now when i goto steam launch the game it buffers and stops nothing comes up at all anyone   if is there a way to fix these issues or  if anyone can help me that would be great thanks from nypd1999
