cop holster problem

i been having this issue with cop holster when i put in traffic policer to test which plugin it is that causes cop holster to not work traffic policer breaks it and i dont see any settings in the traffic policer configuration. the cop holster issue is when i unholster the pistol and put it back it doesnt go back into the holster like it should and when i take out traffic policer it works like it should can someone help me since i see doug1637 has traffic policer and his cop holster works fine and when i take traffic policer out it says police smart radio cant work without it too.
