After translating the language to an eligible type for me, I can make out that you have Legacy shutdown, this is most likely the cause of this. Hold the windows key, the press R whilst still holding it, in RUN type in: msconfig. Click on the services tab on the top middle. Make sure Legacy.lpf Is active, and enabled for startup, if disabled, enable it and restart your computer for the changes to take effect as it only launches at WINLOGON.EXE Which runs at startup. If the cause persists, provide a crash report if Rage Plugin Hook also appears with an error, or message if the error keeps occurring on the forum.
