The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You did right, you need to update your .NET framework, here is a link

lspd first response has crashed how can i fix this? when i start up so annyoing can someone help and then when i get on to story mode in the bottom right i just loads
