To all my fans thank you very much for all of your support! It's great to know that all of the long hours and hard work that goes into these mods is very much appreciated and brings a lot of enjoyment to everyone using them.
I'm jumping back into peds after taking some time getting to know 3ds Max a lot better. I probably have around 8 different projects that are 90%+ complete. So expect these to release over the next few months as I work out the bugs. And lastly I have a few secret projects I'm working on which I cannot get into, otherwise everyone would spam my pm's for release dates, but I'll post some teasers when I get closer to release! 2013 should be an exciting year in the IV police modding community!!!
Creating your own police vehicle decals (aka; skins, liveries, etc.) List of Helpful Programs: AdobePhotoshop (This is the best program to work with but you'll want to find an inexpensive version on Ebay or somewhere else) GIMP Link: http://www.gimp.org/ (Great program and it's completely free) Paint.net Link:http://www.getpaint.net/
Creating your own police vehicles Required program: Zmodeler Link: http://www.zmodeler2.com/ Note: 3ds Max can be much easier to model in but Zmodeler is required to convert models into the proper format for GTA IV
Model Your Own Models(vehicles, lightbars, peds, clothing, weapons, etc) Required program: Autodesk 3ds Max (Checkout Ebay for great deals) Link: http://usa.autodesk.com/3ds-max/ NOTE:Zmodeler can be used for some modeling tasks but to work on PED's you must have 3ds Max
Also search on Google and Youtube for more tutorials on how to use 3ds Max to create your own models (this is how I learned). There are MANY detailed explanations on that program and they can do a much better job of teaching you then I could.
