MODEL NOTES

- This model is quite large in file size which i apologize about, but so many people have been asking for the damn model, I figured
that instead of releasing a broken version that I'm not happy with, I'd fix as much as I could with it.
 
- This is the same base model that I have been using for the vast majority of the releases with an FPIU in it.
 
- This is the official release of this model, any other releases you see have not been authorized by TrentMU, FRGamer or myself.
 
- When downloading this model, you are expected to know how to use zmodeler
 
- You may not message me or any of the contributors to this file about assistance for making any sort of model
 
- Please do not re release this model in an unlocked or a DEV state, if you have edits that you want to have done to the model, contact
myself.
 
- I have included a few small options for you people to use, including hubcaps, the fog light covers and the chrome/Grey headlight textures
included in the extras folder.
 
- The templates for this model are included in the Extras folder.
 
- The handling line that was optimized for this model was the gresley, the POLICE3 from GTA Redux works as well.

- Please for the love of god, try and spend time when making models with this vehicle, we spent a lot of time trying to make this vehicle what it is today
 
- And now people cant parade around with this model, trading it for stuff they aren't even supposed to have.

I apologize for taking so long to get this model out, I have been struggling financially and in my personal life, hence leading to me not being able 
to do much modding.
 
MODEL NOTES
===============================
- This model feature the brand new Ford Crown Victoria from Forza Horizon 3. As such, the base model it uses is significantly better quality,
features proper textures, a full 3d engine, proper scaling and many other features. When myself and Lundy created this model, our goal was that if
it wasnt on the actual real life car, then we wouldnt feature it on our car and vise versa.
 
- The template for this base model is highly similar to the DSF one, but there are some slight differences which make it easier for skinners to
do their thing. It requires minimal ammount of work to make it fit my template!
 
- When using this model in zmodeler, I have added a flat engine as the L1 if you decide that you don't want to use the engine. All you have to do is 
decompound the engine, delete the L0 and copy the L1.
 
- I have also included the SAP version for people who would like to use that. 
 
- I will be making multiple other versions for this vehicle, being different years, all the way back to when they first used this body style.
 
- When making a model, you MUST make sure you go and drag in the options you want for your base model, If i see a message saying, oh why don't I have 
a grille, I will not answer.
 
- The template for the model is very similar to the one used for all of the DSF models, but unfortunately due to the difference in the models, and the
need to make it easier for skinners, the templates do not line up 100%.
 
- I've also included in the EXTRAS folder, a PSD for the emissives if you decide you want to change how bright they are, or change them entirely, 
the options for different colored interiors (tan and grey), and the templates for the windows and bodyshell.
 
- Everything in this model should be ready for you guys to do whatever with.

INSTILLATION INSTRUCTIONS

To install the vehicle models themselves, simply place them in your latest patch day in your mods folder.
I have installed the vehicles in my game to patchday10 where I have found the most success.
To install the VCF file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and place it in there.
If you wish to install this vehicle to another slot, simply change the name of the vehicle, and change in the vehicle meta,
the handling line the slot uses to police.

- The vehicles are rather large in size because of the 3d engine. Without the 3d engine the base model is around 98k. But quality.
- The models should be fully working, besides the front windshield breaking. It should handle exactly like you expect from the DSF vic, or any 
other crown victoria you have driven in game, but with significantly higher quality in the model.
- The template for this base model is highly similar to the DSF one, but there are some slight differences which make it easier for skinners to
do their thing. It requires minimal ammount of work to make it fit my template!

Welcome to something that has been in the making since I've gotten my hands on ELS, something that has taken more hours then you guys could understand. I've pulled out all the stops for this pack. I've taken all your guys' feedback on my screenshots, and I've done my best to destroy it in the realistic/quality/immersion department. I've done my best to simplify the installation of this file. For those of you who are looking for an add-on version of this pack, you're going to have to wait a little longer, as I've got barely any time to even upload this. So without further adieu, I present to you my pride and joy, the 2017 California Highway Patrol ELS mega pack, or whatever you want to call it. 

I've updated the pack to include updates to the majority of cars, an add-on version of the pack(.oiv format), and the templates that everyone has requested!
 
PACK OVERVIEW

ELS USE IN GAME
=================================
When in game, the lights will work as i've designed for them to. When you exit the vehicle, the entire front of the vehicle will steady burn as it will mimic the 
CHP Traffic Stop pattern. I can't stop this from happening. 
 
When you are using any of the vehicles in this pack, and you preform a traffic stop, I HIGHLY recommend hitting alt-j to go to light stage two and hitting L to turn on the 
front of the vehicle. This; A, enhances realism and B, makes the car look really pretty. 
 
There are multiple other features that I will leave for you guys to find out with the CHP settings.

There are some things I have been unable to do with this pack and there are some things i've been able to do.
 
There is no way for me to turn off the park mode steadyburn for when you get out of the vehicle.
 
If you want to "reset" the pattern for the vehicle if some reason it becomes out of sync, simply press alt-J and then j again.

Before i get started, please, please PLEASE don't ask me where this vehicle is, or why i didn't make this vehicle. There are 14 in this pack, please be happy with what i've 
made so far.
 
- All vehicles do have working takedowns with working spotlights
 
- All vehicles feature the same CHP setup as in real life
 
- All vehicles have accurate interior equipment
 
- All vehicles feature accurate antenna setups 
 
- K9 vehicles have a spawnable dog in the rear of the vehicle, for those of you who do or don't use a k9 mod
 
- If I haven't included a version for add-on vehicles that is in an .oiv format, then i will include one at a later date.
 
- There is approx 14 vehicles in this current phase of the pack, phase 2 will have a few more vehicles, that are the more abstract vehicles in the CHP fleet.

- With the large amount of vehicles in this pack, there are bound to be some issues with vehicles. Please let me know of any bugs you find and i'll do my best to fix them

-This model when me and k9 got it, was in quite the shape. Someone had tried to 
convert the model previously to a tahoe, and quite well destroyed it. K9 and myself
went and pratically reconverted the model, fixed numerous model errors. I had to remake

-All in all, this model has taken a little while to actually put together, and I hope
that this model will be one of the better tahoes out there.

So after way too long of fucking around with zmodeler, I finally figured out that there was certain lines missing in a file. So here it is.
 
To install this file, go to your zmodeler 3 install location -> CLOSE ZMOD 3 -> drag this file into the INSTALL folder -> start zmodeler 3

from crunching the base model, to putting the vehicles together. 
 
- These vehicles are quite large in file size, so i apologize if they are very hard on your computer!
 
- Because I didn't feel like compacting the vehicle into a slicktop and marked, there are two cars in this pack
 
- There are multiple extras on each vehicle, allowing for you to customize each vehicle to your liking.
 
- There will be version of this pack where you are able to install them as .OIVs, simplifing the install process
 
- There will also be a version of each vehicle using a specific carcols from Windows446 that will have a completely different
flash pattern. This will be a later update to this pack.

INSTILLATION

To install the vehicle, navigate to the latest patch day you have in your Mods folder, for me its patchday9
and drag whatever files you want in.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
To install the vehicles meta file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
And drag it in there.
To install the carvar.txt, nagvigate to your desired location, mine is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpvalentines2\dlc.rpf\common\data
And copy what is in carvar.txt into your carvariations. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO SPACES.

quite a bit as it is around 7.3 mb for the _hi and 7 for the rest of the LODS. If you cant use this truck,
I apologize.
- I did go all out with this truck, it originally started out as just a slicktop with a bedcap but I decided
to go all out.
- This truck is very much a multi-purpose truck. As so I've included multiple skins, SRU, CVE, Supervisor, Stealth, 
Unmarked and basic patrol skins.
- There are a few issues with the skins, but I don't much care about them as most of the time, people replace the skins 
on  my vehicles.
- You can have a very very varying setup on this truck, from being stealthy, to being completely balls to the wall.
- This was a very very fun project to make, and I'm grateful for everyone helped out.

A lot of work has gone into this bike, it has been a long time in the making 
and I would just like to thank the guys over at Code Zero gaming, more specifically
Polecat324 and BayAreaBugs, for giving me the opportunity to do these bikes.
This bike is part of a CHP mega pack that I will be releasing at the earliest time it is done.
The pack includes:
                   - 2016 Utility
                   - 2013 Marked and slicktop utility
                   - 2013 Ford F2/350
                   - 2011 CVPI, vector and Liberty
                   - 2010 Dodge Charger
                   and whatever else i can find pictures of!
It took a long time to do because the base model that was crunched was about 
1.7 MILLION triangles, so it was quite the project. 
I always thought that pay walls were fucking stupid, so a huge thanks to the guys at code zero for
rendering the current one on the BMW in the community obsolete, and this bike is also of better 
quality.
The model itself is quite large in megabyte size, but it should not be an issue with anyone's
game as the PoliceB does not spawn on a reoccurring basis.
Once again as i've stated, YOU MUST INSTALL THE CARVAR LINE AND VEHICLE META BEFORE USING THE BIKE!
There should be no problems with the bike itself, it should act exactly like the default policeb.

This model is after the California Highway Patrol, so it has a steady burn and their lights they use
on the bike itself.

--GTA V Default Lighting Car Info--
I took the liberty of going through each vehicle and looking at what it takes to actually 
make the default lights work on each car. It took a while to do and I figured it would make 
it easier for you guys to actually make GTA V police cars.
-This has no example models in it, and are the steps that i use every time i set up lights on a
new vehicle.

-Not all of the vehicles that are in GTA are done, some like the policeb have the most stupid
steps i've ever seen, so some of them are possibly incomplete.

-There are 3 skins that come with this car. A huge thanks to officerAMR for him 
helping me with getting the multiple liveries working with the vehicle!
-Installing the vehicles.meta file is manditory if you want to get the vehicle with
multiple liveries. The car variation causes the vehicle to spawn white.
-The extra files named carvar.txt and vehmet.txt are in there if you want to change 
some more of the files. The ones included are simply to make the liveries work.
-There are multiple extras, ranging from different grilles (making it from 2013-15), 
to a rambar with extra lights on it and a spotlight. 
-The interior on this model is not by any means what i want it to be, but 
unfortunately I don't have a better option then this.
-Yes this is absolutely a christmas tree, I decided to go wild with the
lighting and see what i was able to come up with, and this was the 
final result
-There may be a few bugs, if they are major ones, please let me know and i 
will fix them ASAP
-THIS MODEL REQUIRES THE USE OF RADIANCE V. In the screenshots I have the bright settings.

-This car features two or three setups, depending on how you like your cars. I have designed
it to work as a marked vehicle and also as a slicktop. To change the vehicle from a marked vehicle
to a slicktop/ghosted vehicle, all you have to do is go and toggle the extras 2 for the inner bar, 
and 3 for the outer lightbar. 
-It also features two skins, one fully marked, and one ghosted. If you want an unmarked, all you have 
to do is go into a photo editing program and delete everything off the skin, and add your own licence
plate. 
-There has been alot of work put into this model, from merging the interior to numerious 
bugs that we had during the creation of this model. There might be some small ones that 
have gone un noticed, if you notice any, please, feel free to tell me about them.
-The lights on the vehicle were designed to be used with Radiance V. I used the bright setting to take the screenshots shown
-There are some small errors with the interior but i didn't mind them.
-This model was designed for its handling to act like the Police3. 
-I have also included light textures to make the car Red & Blue or Blue and Blue, they are in
the extras folder.
-The model is a little on the higher poly side (130k+) but it shouldn't cause any issues.
-The templates are in the extras folder.
-This is the first vehicle I have released, and i'd like to give a huge shout out to all the people
who actually made this possible, from sitting up for hours with me helping my dumbass, to giving me
vehicles to fix because they are too lazy or just don't know how to fix it. You all know who you are,
so, Thank you.
-The file included in the extras folder to make the lights act differently is not made by me. I did not
get credits for whoever made the file and added the change to the vehicle.

To install this model, all you have to do is just put it in 
Mods>Update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday9>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf
To install the CarVariations line, all you have to do is go to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpvalentines2\dlc.rpf\common\data
Add what i put in the carvar.txt to the end of your carvariations.
If you dont have patch day 9 in your mods folder, then just copy it from the base files

- "YA FUCKIN CUNTS" -Goose, The man who Flys
- YOU MUST HAVE RADIANCE V INSTALLED FOR THE LIGHTS TO HAVE BLOOM AND LOOK GOOD!!!!!!!
- This is probably one of the most customizable vehicles i have ever made, and it actually features
the use of every single siren available to GTA V.
- There has been over 30 hours to get this vehicle to be in its current state. There are a few small bugs,
but they aren't too noticable.
- The interior is nothing how I want it to be, which is unfortunate but I have nothing better to put in the 
vehicle.
- If there are any bugs with the model, please feel free to let me know.
- This model is very highpoly, around 220k pollys. The file size is also on the larger size, around 6.5mb,
I apologize for this.
- I have included Multiple skins that you can install with the model, or you can install them all if you want to. 
**To install the skins, you must name them explorer_sign_# (replace # with whatever number you want)**
- All skins are in 4k, so adding them all will increase file size
- The file size of this model is quite large, as is the poly count (220k). If you cant use the vehicle, i'm sorry
but i cant make it any lower for what i have on the vehicle.
- Please check the extras folder for anything you need with the model, including templates, extra files, etc...

This is not the perfect setup for the actual silverado that the RCMP use, i'm fully aware of this. This is just sort of a similar design to what the RCMP use.
There are some small things that I couldn't do with the limitations of ELS and GTA itself. 
 
I will include a ELS file that is set up similar to how the actual light patterns are.

This vehicle is meant to be a sort of demo vehicle for all of the Soundoff nFORCE lighting that i have made recently. Yes i am well aware that most vehicles dont have a full interior lightbar with a exterior lightbar, but I don't care.
About a day after this release, all lighting i have made on this car will be released besides the Intersectors.
PLEASE use the ELS file included with this vehicle. It will allow for the takedowns to work properly, the pattern look prety and the traffic advisor to work as desired.
If you are going to change the PRML i suggest patterns 25, 28, 61, 71, 73, 77, or 92

This model has been set up for DRO1(DROT) meaning it has to be in the police or police 2 slot for the rotators to actualy function. If you put the car in a different slot, don't come bitching to me that it doesnt work.
The car features two versions which are a marked and slicktop versions. To get different versions of the car, simply spawn the car in game multiple times until you get the desired setup.
The ElS file that is included in the file MUST be put in your directory and the slot you have the car in set to the name of the config file. Failure to do so will cause a multitude of issues.
This model features three skins, one being a stealth one intended for use with the slicktop version. It's up to your discression if you want to use it or not.
To get the multiple Liveries working, you must go to your vehicles.ide and put +livery at the end of the police or police2 line.
Template is in the skins folder.
