  1. And it's something that will keep going. No one knows who's telling the truth but both parties have released them unlocked.

Also, I would ask that rather than assuming Bugs is in the right and claiming the other version as stolen, you remain as you so often tell others to do and see both sides. We're never gonna know who actually converted it and they're both unlocked now. One person involved tends to love creating a shit ton of drama in the community while the other lays low and mods...Better to just sit back and let the person releasing choose which unlocked version they would like to use.

This shit ain't nothin' new. I've been modeling AND modding for 4 years and I never released any of my stuff because of fuck-ups like this. IV community is no more like it used to be back in the old days.

  2. Link or it didn't happen. Besides, to my (otherwise limited) knowledge, there is only one set and that comes with the original '11 unlocked Charger and these are not those. BxBugs claimed these as his in a thread.

  3. I believe those alloys are disputed. Releasing the car with them on may turn out to be a thorn in your side. Anyways, this baby looks hot! I might just DL it if you manage to hit the bull's eye with your lighting setup.

  4. no They are just what i had im working on some different wheel atm!

Good. Because they look ugly as hell.

PS: I googled and couldn't find a single department using the 3500 version. So, obviously there are no PPV wheels for it either. Why don't you just release a civilian version? There are no official 3500s in service, bud. They're just too heavy for day-to-day police work.

  5. Well then, go figure! :P

It all really has to do with the way the car is positioned when it's rigged for the game. I don't know why Rockstar didn't rig all of its vehicles on the same offset, but some are lower than others and some are higher. Most modders tend to rig cars based on their original positioning.

I believe they did so for a good reason. Otherwise game devs are pretty lazy. Trust me. First hand experience ;)

  6. Haha, nice! Just curious, does the Porsche appear properly in the first cutscene as it drives up?

Due to the fact that I made my model for the Lokus and not originally to replace Roman's Cab, the car comes up with a very raised suspension and Roman's feet sticking out of the underbody.

Weird. In my game, ALL modded cars appear as lowriders in cutscenes. I've never seen highriders in cutscenes of ANY missions, be it EFLC or normal IV.
