Here is the excerpt that I have extracted from the log file since it became too heavy (almost 35 MB) due to the error repeating itself on a per microsecond basis every time it pops up:

I'm totally clueless here. My game has the following mods-
- Tried and tested copcar models
- Olanov's cop ped mods
- Abraxas' police station mod
- LukeD's latest Callouts+ plugin and Lt.Flash's latest The Wasteland plugin
- Snow mod which basically just retextures Liberty City
The game crashes under 7 minutes every session after going on-duty. Do I need to reinstall Framework 4.0? Any help is appreciated.

35 Days to released GTA V PC
LOL! All that anticipation... out the window.

Its always so sad to see two good people you know getting to know each other for the first time getting off to a wrong start. Emad, what you mean to the civilian modding community is what Kevin means to the law enforcement modding community (actually even more). He's not a bad guy; he's just blunt with his opinions (and sometimes draws a lot of flak for that too). All he was suggesting was that you should invest some more time (and polys) into that model of yours. It looks pretty boxy even by my standards. Why don't you go ahead and put a smooth on it with a free hand, work some more on preserving the details you lost with the smoothing, reshape the car accordingly and use GTA4's stock cars for quality reference while you're at it. Its constructive criticism and I'm sure you don't ever mind that.
I usually don't post here, but when two good modders are coming across as bad guys to each other, I can't help but interfere...
-
LMAO. Best idea ever. I would want to do this but hiring a police car would be illegal? I'm assuming.
You just answered your own question.
-
Strange. I just redid it and its fine. First I tried calling the LCPDFR's native ambulance. It arrived. Then I tried Callouts+ ambulance. The LCPDFR ambulance was turned into Callouts+ ambulance and it worked as it should. Though there's still the word "detached". *shrugs*
Its all good now, Luke. You did a good job. Time to relax, put your feet up. If any issues pop up, I'll be reporting em here. Ciao!
-
Wonderful, glad you've solved the issue. That particular line is displayed if the ambulance fails to spawn for whatever reason.
As for the traffic stop thing, no idea. Maybe you have world events camera focus turned off? It's not something I've created so that's either your game or LCPDFR.
I just restarted and it happened again. There was a green blip labeled "Vehicle". Was headed straight towards me (even though I've changed the modifier in the ini from Ctrl to Shift). Then LCPDFR crashed. Ambulance arrived - "There is no victim in the area. The ambulance will be detached." (detached?)
Resterted again. It doesn't look like too big of an issue right now so I'll just suck it up and get on with it. If something like this happens again, I'm holding you personally responsible :P
No, I don't have the camera turned off. It happens every now and then so I can tell. Plus, these world events usually spawn very close to you (hence the camera focus). This one I'm talking about was taking place 200 meters away from me. There was a chaos in the street, a man whose car looked like was pulled over by a regular patrol car was there on the side of the road and he was just unleashing his bullets from his automatic uzi into the deadbody of the officer despite the fact that she was already dead. It was so far I actually had to determine where the sound was coming from, then I noticed the pedestrians fleeing, ran into that direction with my service pistol drawn, figured the source of gunfire and took the guy out. Even then, the radio chatter was quiet and I had no notifications of something going on anywhere in that area.
A pretty officer was killed again on the streets of LC today. The thin blue line goes thinner everyday. R.I.P. Officer Kelly Jennings, described as a credit to her force. You'll be sorely missed.
-
Right on, officer! I figured it out this time. Its been a while and it hasn't crashed. Though, when I pressed Ctrl+M this time it simply stated on the upper right corner of the screen: "[EMS] We're having some issues and can't come to you right now" or something along those lines. Other than that I'm pretty sure its working. Just heard gunfires across the street. A traffic stop by a pretty cop resulted in 50+ bullets in her. However, LCPDFR didn't label it an event. LCPDFR acted like it didn't even know it was happening. Is it normal? If it is, ts pretty impressive... well, in a way.
-
Well, it could be LCPDFR when I press Ctrl+M to bring up the ELS console but:
1) If thats whats happening its game-breaking because sooner or later I might have to call it in intentionally for assistance anyway.
2) Its not really possible because to avoid ELS console's keybindings I changed the LCPDFR's ambulance keybinding ages ago.
I'll check and report back.
-
Happens automatically. Here's the proper rundown of how it happens:
*Le me going to Fishmarket police station* > *Le me suiting up* > *Le me choosing ma wheels* > *Le me sitting in garage* > *Error!*
-
Oh wow. For some stupid reason there is a safety check being completely missed here. Also that message was for testing purposes I just apparently forgot to remove it. Derp.
Give me 5 mins to rebuild it and I'll re-upload. Thanks for reporting this.
No sweat man. Take your time. Just an FYI, this is a reproducible bug and happens a minute or two after going on duty (probably when Callouts+ first tries to spawn an event)?
-
I just tried the new version and got this:
[ERROR - 8:50:00 PM] [Main] CRITICAL ERROR DURING MAINLOOP! REPORT THIS ISSUE AT LCPDFR.COM BY INCLUDING THIS LOGFILE. Is it because of Callouts+? I can't really make out because my LCPDFR was running fine up until 5 minutes ago. This happened to me first when I installed Callouts+. Along with the continuous error blings and "LCPDFR has encountered an error..." notice, the subtitle "Already found an ambulance in game, using" was being displayed. Any ideas?
-
Oh that was incredible! EXTREME! I never really saw a GTA V gameplay video before. Glad I saw my first one as a cop RP. Gameplay came real close to Watchdogs.
-
My first reaction was- WTF!? AGAIN?
How does a million dollah worth of one-of-a-kind machinery with that many people onboard vanishes into thin air? (no pun intended)
Thats the third aircraft this year to go missing like that and fourth international flight accident in this year for the record books.
Although, I rule out any speculations which point fingers to a terrorist/alien abduction as clearly, there haven't been any demands and/or claims from the suspected terror outfits so far, I'm worried. I wonder- is nature's yet-unknown phenomenon is in play somewhere up in the skies? Could there be wormholes gobbling up our aircrafts causing them to lose all contact with ground control? If so, why now? I remember this one spine-chilling incident from 1964 about a female pilot, Carolyn Cascio, wandering off into such a wormhole with her Cessna with several witnesses watching her from ground. Her page was recently deleted from Wikipedia. Food for thought.
And all those, blaming Asia and Malaysia for these accidents, what about those hundreds of aircrafts and ships that never made it through that certain patch of sea located west of the north Atlantic ocean, otherwise known as the notorious "Bermuda Triangle"? Finding scapegoats in governments is easy shit.
This worries me. My sister just took a flight from here to singapore then to india. I don't know what airline
Chances are, she's not gonna make it. Just kidding. There are more than 100,000 flights per day taking off and landing safely across the world. In a year, it would be practically close to 36,500,000. 3 international flight accidents in that many per year (considering 3 is the highest average number I, or the world for that matter, have ever seen), chances for that to happen are pretty slim. Relax.

Oh I've got quiet a list but I'll just spew out my most favorite character:
A powerful witch, otherwise just a next-door beautiful and wise seductress who appears (and happens to be the kind-of protagonist) in the anime show xxxHolic. I saw quite a few episodes of it until, unfortunately, it was discontinued in our country leaving cliffhanger... :cries:
Man, I'd love for her to exist in reality. I'm a die-hard fan of her wisdom (and her seduction skills).
-
EFLC is a lot stabler than GTA IV indeed and I've numerous times finished its storyline with a 250+ MB vehicles.img, fully customized weapons.img, HD city textures and a heavy ENB. Add to that the ped mods, sound mods, script mods and other miscellaneous mods.
My GTA IV, on the other hand, freezes on the second mission with a vehicles.img containing only modded police vehicles. So yeah, GTA IV is pretty much a bad port for sure.
Also, God knows I have rebuilt my .imgs everytime I change a vehicle/weapon. Maybe even more. But the problem with IV still persists. I never got missing textures (maybe on some specific missions for a limited period of time) but most of the time it was just freeze and/or crash.

My 3 favourite mustangs are, in order
1. 2008 Shelby GT500 SS
2. 1999 SVT Cobra R
3. 1967 Shelby GT500 KR (btw what does the KR stand for?)
It (roughly) stands for King of the Roads. The KnightRider show made good use for this as their KITT mustang which was originally a 2008 GT500 KR used the KR for "Knight Rider". Good vibe for their show, it also boosted their ratings and TRP and stuff.
Knight Rider was, for the most part, my first favorite Mustang. It was actually Transformers movie, which got me into 'stangs (y'know the decepticon called Barricade- it was daaamn cool!). But since Saleen's weren't my taste, I did some digging. Soon enough, I found my favorite car in 2008 KR. More digging over a year resulted in a newer favorite- the SuperSnake variant of the GT500. I had high hopes for the classified project (and SuperSnake's sister-in-making) going on over at Shelby's Nevada HQ dubbed "The 1000", but when it came out, I wasn't thrilled as much. Whats more, Ford killed the classic pony look of the mustang for their "new and improved" 2015 design and lost one more fanboy. I have no hopes for future Mustangs now. Period.
-
It looked like this one: '>

Wow! Its pretty much a regular American CV pressed into emergency service except for those decals. They copied everything!
-
I love Shelby Mustangs, especially the 08 GT500 and the 67 GT500, if I had to choose a Shelby to own it would be a 2008 Shelby GT500 SS in red with black stripes, or blue with white
2007 was when they revived the SS. I have been in love with it ever since. Great choice, I must say. Classic badasses.
-
GTAV will probably have a huge file size, on PS3 you had to install 8GB onto PS3, plus 1-2GB of updates plus everything they're adding on PC/Next Gen
If its anything more than 18 GB, they can take their shit somewhere else. I'm not interested.
-
Oh, man.... I have a long list. However, ranking-wise I'm posting the one which I always place on top. My dream car:

2012 Shelby GT500 SuperSnake. The love of my life. And in case you're wondering, yes, I may be an atheist, but I worship her.
-
Yup. Even SR3 was 9 GB. SR4 though was around 16, I think. That's what you'll get with a lot of PS4/XBONE releases. I remember PS3 games being usually 6-12GB (Im DLing Saints Row 2 on my PS3 now and its 7-8GB), that's why I'll be buying physical copies for a lot of games due to these huge file sizes, although its not great for a lot of PC gamers who get their games off STEAM.
Nothing in this world is certain except death and taxes.
-
With that much detail, the game is sure to be 50 GB+ and in that case, I'm not interested. I've already passed on Advanced Warfare and AC:U because of their gigantic setup sizes. Avid gamers like myself who are employed/have full-time jobs/have a professional life to take care of, don't have time to waste on such big files. It was fine up until Watchdogs, but this is just too much.
-
I for one, can say, people WILL crack it no matter what R* does. Not sure about modding though. Could happen. Could not. Who knows?

Mod for spawning additional cop cars in traffic
in GTA IV Discussion & Media
Posted · Edited by Troy
Hey there, fellow officers!
Well, it is but a pleasure breaking this news to all of you that our prayers have been answered. There is finally a mod which would allow us to see additional police cars patrolling Liberty City, driven by AI cops. Yes, thats right, by AI cops. I have come across a mod which was originally meant to serve some other purpose, but has been recently released on GTA4Mods.com and a part of it allows Police3, Police4 and PoliceB to spawn in traffic and patrol the entire Liberty City (along with any map mods that support spawning of traffic). Here is the link to the mod:
IWL v1.2 (The army comes to Liberty City)
Kudos to 5mith, the author of this SDK, for his belated and way overdue christmas present to us LCPDFR players. Now the way you go about installing this is very simple:
- Open up the downloaded mod file with Winrar (if you don't know what that is, you have no right to live) and navigate to folder "without army".
- Drag and drop the police3.vb scriptfile to the "script" folder in your root game directory.
- Next, go to common/data/cargrp.dat and press F3 or Ctrl+F to bring up the finder window. For TLaD & TBoGT, head to their respective folders in the root directory that is X:/Program Files(x86)/EFLC/TLaD/Common/data/ and X:/Program Files(x86)/EFLC/TBoGT/Common/data/ or whatever; you got the point, and do as instructed.
- Type the following hashtag into the finder window you social media addicts: #POPCYCLE_GROUP_COPS
- Now add the line "police3, police4, policeb, avan, apc" without the inverted commas to the line before #POPCYCLE_GROUP_COPS, so that it looks like this:
IMPORTANT:
I have used this mod with vanilla GTA IV (along with the "TBoGT Vehicles to IV" mod by Bass35) and I can confirm that its working perfectly fine. I have not tested it with EFLC yet, but there is no reason it won't work on it since it is originally made for TBoGT DLC.
Thats all, folks! Enjoy the now more ambient Liberty City.
PS: The PoliceB may take a while to spawn. It is a bit "rare" if I may say so. Took me a good fifteen minutes to search it in the traffic. Well, its kind of my fault too that I had installed an unmarked Crown in there so it got nearly impossible for me to search that needle in the haystack. God, Cj's unmarked cars blend in with traffic so easily.
