Hi ladies.  So here is this old pack I made a while ago. It is as 100% accurate as any PAPD car could be, with my resources, however the lack of active/in service PAPD cars at least in my area is so so sad so there may be a few inaccuracies here and there, but regardless here it is for release. I will be extending this pack in the future with the highriser version and other vehicles once I am able to figure out a bunch of stuff, only comes with one CVPI for now. Thanks. Enjoy.

Hi ladies. Here is another pack. It only has one vehicle, accurate to the New York State Park PD which patrols the state's parks meaning it has forward reds, etc. and anything accurate to NYS. The main reason I wanted to make this Tahoe was to experiment with the sexy dirtmapping that Rick helped me with, and try to fix those SSV rims, which I was able to do and well, here it is. Enjoy.

Hi ladies. So here is this a pretty large pack but not really. White Plains is a town/small city in Upstate New York, Westchester County that I decided to make because, well it's NEW YORK. This pack features all accurate lighting, meaning forward red and white, and the accurate lightbar thanks to OfficerFive0. The pack features 5 cars, all with varying setups that White Plains uses. HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. Well, I kinda did a skin of this a while ago and just never did anything with it. I looked through some old files and came across them and decided I should do a pack. Glad I did as I really like the colours on the all black. Please enjoy and have fun. Hi ladies. So here is this pack, I thought I would go pretty unique and the mix of a Vespucci Beach PD pack and a Raydian is a perfect combination for a unique pack in my eyes. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Dewey Beach, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, and lightbar are accurate to Dewey Beach. The pack comes with 6 different vehicles, two CVPIs, one FPIU, one Tahoe, one Silverado, and one FPIS. Some DEV parts I've made since 2016, some of it's not the best and others I think are pretty good. Take what you want, it's OBJ format so you're welcome to convert to IV or other games of your choice. Console don't have to be for what I named them, use them in other cars if you want I just modeled them for that car at the time of making. Some of the stuff is high poly and other are low poly so my bad on that. None are textured so you will have to texture them yourself, I haven't touched any of this since i modeled it so I was to lazy to do it on my own. I figured I wouldn't let it sit here and I should be nice.

Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. This pack is based off the Maryland State Police and includes my usual things. This pack will include a couple more vehicles and skins but it is pretty much all done. If you see any issues please let me know and I will try to correct. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. I have noticed a few modellers have changed the name of the texture for the model, say for example, from chrg_sign_1 to chr2_sign_1, for most models I have found the skins still fit but you will need to rename the files accordingly.

Hey everyone, this pack has been massively overhauled and even for me has been tiring. This pack now includes skins for medic4523's pack along with getting rid of some obsolete skins. This also includes a few new models as well. This is as always going to be updated "regularly" with updated textures and new models that fit with this pack. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section.

Happy to bring you Los Santos Police skins based off Beaverton PD, as this is one of my favorite designs I've seen. Each template comes with 4 skins: 3 patrol variants and 1 sergeant variant. I have put some minor personal touches/changes here and there, so please don't judge too harshly for complete accuracy compared to the real life counterpart because it's not intended to be an exact replica. If you have a request for the skin to be fitted to a particular template leave it in the comments.

Los Santos Police Pack (based off Redmond PD, WA)
Features:
Lights Flash Extra spawning radars on some of the cars Interior equipment lights up Requires RDE if you want all the cars to spawn in traffic Bugs
Some missing polys in the interior of the FPIU and Tahoe 14 Charger's takedowns don't turn on unless the other ELS lights are on for some reason. Report anymore

This is meant to be a detectives/federal agency unit. Because of that, it has minimal equipment.
The spotlights and partition are extras, respectively.

Welcome to something that has been in the making since I've gotten my hands on ELS, something that has taken more hours then you guys could understand. I've pulled out all the stops for this pack. I've taken all your guys' feedback on my screenshots, and I've done my best to destroy it in the realistic/quality/immersion department. I've done my best to simplify the installation of this file. For those of you who are looking for an add-on version of this pack, you're going to have to wait a little longer, as I've got barely any time to even upload this. So without further adieu, I present to you my pride and joy, the 2017 California Highway Patrol ELS mega pack, or whatever you want to call it. 

I've updated the pack to include updates to the majority of cars, an add-on version of the pack(.oiv format), and the templates that everyone has requested!

ELS USE IN GAME
=================================
When in game, the lights will work as i've designed for them to. When you exit the vehicle, the entire front of the vehicle will steady burn as it will mimic the 
CHP Traffic Stop pattern. I can't stop this from happening. 
 
When you are using any of the vehicles in this pack, and you preform a traffic stop, I HIGHLY recommend hitting alt-j to go to light stage two and hitting L to turn on the 
front of the vehicle. This; A, enhances realism and B, makes the car look really pretty. 
 
There are multiple other features that I will leave for you guys to find out with the CHP settings.

There are some things I have been unable to do with this pack and there are some things i've been able to do.
 
There is no way for me to turn off the park mode steadyburn for when you get out of the vehicle.
 
If you want to "reset" the pattern for the vehicle if some reason it becomes out of sync, simply press alt-J and then j again.

-To install any of these vehicles, Navigate to the latest patch day that you install vehicles to, I've found success with patchday10, and drag all vehicle files into the patch day

COMMON QUESTIONS

Q: Why aren't my lights bright?
A: You do not have light-enhancing mods installed. Download RadianceV and/or, other mods that increase emergency lighting brightness.
 
Q: Where is _____(insert any vehicle here)?
A: I've made the main vehicles of the CHP fleet as I've seen. At this point I am Content with the 16 Vehicles.
 
Q: Will you please help me ins--
A: Did you read the readme? No? The installation is simple.
 
Q: I don't have Patchday10/anything else?
A: Then put the car in your latest patch day, or copy patchday10/anything else over from your base game into your mods folder.
 
Q: Why does my game crash after I install the car/meta/carcol?
A: Make sure you have no spaces when you copied the line, make sure you're installing it in the right location and back all your shit up. 
 
Q: Will you send me ______?
A: No.
 
Q: Can I make skins for this Pack?
A: By all means, go ahead, just dont re-upload the vehicle model itself.
 
Q: Can I have the templates for this pack?
A: In the next update, hopefully I remember to add them.
 
PACK NOTES

Before i get started, please, please PLEASE don't ask me where this vehicle is, or why i didn't make this vehicle. There are 14 in this pack, please be happy with what i've 
made so far.
 
- All vehicles do have working takedowns with working spotlights
 
- All vehicles feature the same CHP setup as in real life
 
- All vehicles have accurate interior equipment
 
- All vehicles feature accurate antenna setups 
 
- K9 vehicles have a spawnable dog in the rear of the vehicle, for those of you who do or don't use a k9 mod
 
- If I haven't included a version for add-on vehicles that is in an .oiv format, then i will include one at a later date.
 
- There is approx 14 vehicles in this current phase of the pack, phase 2 will have a few more vehicles, that are the more abstract vehicles in the CHP fleet.
 
- A huge thanks to officer27 for the CHP and SAHP skins.
 
- With the large amount of vehicles in this pack, there are bound to be some issues with vehicles. Please let me know of any bugs you find and i'll do my best to fix them
 
  I'm going to be doing my best to update this pack with as many cars as I can make, and fixing any bugs i come across in the midst of it. Please consider following the file to make sure you receive all updates for the file!
