Retro Emergency Vehicles Pack: The Unmarkeds Addon - an auxillary DLC for GTA V which adds a lot of unmarked vehicles from the 90's,. Mod was developed in a DLC format with a pretty easy installation. This pack features lots of legendary cars like Ford LTD Crown Victoria, Chevrolet Caprice, Chevrolet Suburban and Ford Crown Victoria. You can get them by spawning via a trainer or just getting a wanted level.

Pack includes only DLC with vehicles and could be used with any early released mod. For example B&B Emergency Lights for the Windy City Pack, R&R will fit for East Coast Addon, and R&B&O is good with vanilla-based Los Santos and countryside map.

gameconfig.xml is NOT presented in the pack anymore, because it's reason of fast outdating of the mod, so users have to search and install it by yourself. This is my first upload to LSPDFR and I know that this is a small thing but I hope you like this modification
 
What it does:
This file replaces the standart noise loop that you hear when someone is talking in the radio with a file that has no sound

For ease of installation I've provided a DLC pack for replacing the police2 slot. The included vehicles.meta is also mandatory install for correct dashboard and extra spawning behavior.

This pack uses an ELS/non-ELS hybrid setup with custom dials, paint, lighting ids, and custom EXTRA configurations, therefore it is highly recommended to use the DLC pack for easier installation. If you have to install the files manually, make sure to install everything correctly (vehicles.meta, carcols, carvariations) otherwise the vehicle will not function as expected.  Please do not re-upload this vehicle to other websites or use this model for your own financial gain in any way, shape or form.

A mission styled callout pack by Veteranfighter.
 
Current Callouts:
Kidnapping: Prevent the kidnapper from committing a murder (added in 0.0.1) Suspicious Cargo: Drive to the caller's position and inspect the cargo. (added in 0.0.1) Pool Accident: A person fell drunk into a pool and swallowed a lot of water. Save her/him. (added in 0.0.1) Trespassing: A homeless person is sleeping on private property. Handle the situation appropriately. (added in 0.0.2) Stranded Whale: There have been several reports of a beached whale, get rid of it! (added in 1.1.0.0) Active Shooter: Investigate the reported location and stop the threat.  (added in 1.1.0.0) Building On Fire: A structure caught fire. Respond to the location, let the fire fighters do their job and catch the arsonist. (added in 1.2.0.0) Plane Emergency: A commercial plane declared an emergency respond and handle the situation. (added in 1.3.0.0) Parking Offence: A civilian reported a wrong parked car, check for a permit. (added in 1.3.0.0) Diamond Casino Heist Act I: Help the N.O.O.S.E. Two layers:
General Dialog (always available) loaded from GeneralDialog.xml.
Symptom Dialog (conditional) loaded from SymptomDialog.xml.
Symptom questions render in red to clearly distinguish them from general lines.
Users can add unlimited questions and multiple <Symptom key="..."> entries per symptom; the system picks a random pool and response for variety.

How It All Ties Together
Start a traffic stop, use the menu to ID / cite / warn / arrest. Summonsed citations create court cases with realistic verdict logic and mugshots.
Use ANPR while patrolling to surface wanted owners, invalid licensing, or stolen/expired vehicles — triggers radio checks and UI alerts automatically.

AI Backup System — Call in Code 2 and Code 3 backup units during high-risk or combative stops. System will expand into tactical responses and unit variety.

Known Issues
MDT Flicker:
Some users may experience flickering of MDT forms when the game is not paused.  
This occurs because GTA V and Gwen both require fibers at the same time.  
Fix: Set `PauseGameOnOpen = true` in the `[MDT]` section of `PolicerAdvanced.ini`.  
High-end PCs may not need this setting.
 
Tow Trucks Getting Stuck:
Tow trucks may sometimes get stuck or fail to navigate correctly.  
This is a limitation of GTA V AI driving.  
Use the `H` respawn feature to force a tow truck to respawn closer if it cannot reach the target.  
 
AI Behavior:
Cones and barriers currently do not affect AI navigation.
Vehicle avoidance will be introduced in a future update.

Speed Zone Visuals:
Zones are functional but have no visible ground ring once placed (for performance reasons).

INFORMATION
   
The pack contains 8 CVPIs at the moment, that are divided into 3 patrol units, 2 traffic units and 3 gang units. There are variations such as the luggage compartment equipment and the console itself. It also contains realistic liveries, parking lights and a great focus on details.
 
The pack is tested on different PCs, which means there should not be any issue while using it as an ADDON.

·Addon Installation.

    3) Drag and drope the xml files on gamefolder/ELS/pack_default.

·Replace Installation.
    1)Extract the vehicles files from the dlc
    2)Rename it to whatever slot you want
    3)Rename the xmls and drag and drope them on gamefolder/ELS/pack_default.

    4)For a realistic expirience:

1) How to install:
    a) Extract all the files within the .zip file to the plugins folder located inside your GTA 5 folder

2) How to run the mod:
    a) Automatic: When launching the game with RagePluginHook, cancel launch by pressing the Settings button, go to Plugins, and enable NothingHappened.dll to load on startup.
