oh, btw the way... while you're at it. During Code 2, the right side reflective is blue, but the left reflects red while the emissive is white.

actually, I was wondering about that...
However, I noticed that the white light and the blue light are separate connections. In the video, the blue and white go hand and hand as it switches from blue to white and back to blue again. On yours, the white flashing itself while the blue is flashing itself... it doesn't match the video you have shown here. Don't get me wrong, I like it but it would work well if you attach the blue and white emissive together so it'll flash together instead of separately.
its just my suggestion. I don't mind how you do it for your model but it does look overlaying one another in the emissive nor it be hard to set a pattern for stages.

I'm not sure if this is compatible with NvE Dark Zone. After I uninstalled the dark zone from nvE and added this in, my game went dark unable to see anything even in the daytime.
I will try to add the Dark Zone from NvE and then add this in to see what will happen. Will keep updating with the result.

Question. How the heck is this going to be an ELS when it is a FIVEM? do you mean NON - ELS? because it can't be FiveM and an ELS at the same time.

Question. Regarding your gameconfig for realistic traffic. Is it going to stay heavy traffic? medium traffic? or light traffic all the time? or will the traffic change depending on the time? what I meant is that it gets heavy during the morning and then it gets medium traffic. then pick it back up and go to light traffic or no traffic until later in the evening when there is heavy traffic again and go back to no traffic late in the evening?

I see. Be safe out there and stay alert. Since you've only been with the force for a few months, a word of advice that was passed down to me. Always keep in mind that somebody is watching you and your actions... (camera-wise) and be aware of your surroundings. Most officers forget that and end up making a big mistake that causes their jobs or even worse, their lives. But most of all, be safe out there.

Do you mean as in MHP in real life? or just in GTA V?
I get that.. it is very rare for an officer to find any strong substances for the drug part aside from Marijuana. There maybe some usage of prescriptions, but that's mostly it... everything else is an everyday item.

Sorry, but this car needs a recall.
First of all, when the TA led up, the visor led up to as white the flashes opposite direction of the TA. That is not how the TA works, I could understand that the visor would stay steady burn or flash white patterns. The TA should only be led at the rear windshield. Second of all, when I went into code 2 (stage 2) the red did not even led up.
I'm not sure if stage 3 meant for the blue light to stay steady while the white light bar flashes. I think both should flash.

you can go into the handling. meta and vehicle. meta and fix it from there. You can also YouTube it on how to fix the flip.

vehicle broken in on highway - The Ped has a broken vehicle and was dispatched to assist or the Highway officer can just go ahead and make contact for an assist. An officer could not touch the Ped's vehicle but was able to assist the ped on a tow truck. Ped can either call for their taxi or Uber/Lyft or can ask an officer to get a taxi for them.
highway cleanup (Caltran) - cleaning up the highway, either on the center divider or to the last right lane (depending on how many lanes there are) request a highway patrol to assist in moving over to the next lane so it is safe for the Caltran to clean the highway. Caltrans can continue passing 2 to 3 exits before they are done cleaning. Ped's vehicle moves over to the next left lane and slows down until they are fully passed. MVA (Multiple Vehicle Accident) - Several highway officers assist in vehicle accidents with one or two highway officers either blocking the road or telling ped to move over to a free lane and continue at a slow speed. If the accident is close to or near the exit freeway, ped can exit and be on their way. Solo vehicle accident
- An officer arrives to assist the highway patrol. The assistant officer began to block the road about 10 to 15 ft away and make them move over to the free lane so it would not cause traffic as well cause another accident. Again, Ped can always exit the freeway and get on the freeway that bypasses the accident. The Highway Officer makes contact with the ped of that vehicle and asks if they need a medic for a check-up or a tow of their vehicle and taxi for them. Because behaviors are random the user to either do a sobriety (arrest or not) test on them or just make reports and be on their way. Traffic Break
- debris on the highway where the officer is assisted to clear out whatever is blocking the highway. It can either be a broken down vehicle, trash, motorcycle parts, vehicle parts, or whatever and officer will have to use their judgment on how to handle the situation. A person walking on the highway - dispatch gets a call of a person walking on the highway from a random driver who notices it. The officer makes contact, and gets the info... either foot pursuit or normal interactions as well however the user wants to take it. A person has been hit by a vehicle on the highway - Again, that is related to a "person walking on the highway" An Animal died on the road or while walking on the road - Highway officers have been dispatched to assist in removing or making animal walk off the road. Animals can also die on the road and need an officer to block the road and call animal control to remove the deceased animal. Road repair
- Several peds repairing the road with roads being blocked off and having one or two lanes open for vehicles to change lanes to pass through the construction/repair and this required two to three officers blocking the road, as well assist in controlling traffic. Again, the ped can always exit the highway if it is near the exit. Unsecured load - Officers are being dispatched to assist in blocking traffic and assist in removing materials off the highway and giving them back to the owner. Materials can always just be put to the side of the road if the vehicles continue out without noticing that their belonging have dropped out of their vehicle. vehicle stuck on a dirt road - This generally can go to the local PD, Sheriff, or highway.. for assistance in getting their vehicle out of the situation... -
well, there be an update on this and with newly implemented things the plugin besides dating GTAV has been updating.

I'm not sure if you are still around or still doing zmods. But I noticed something on your unmarked 2016 Part 2 and I'm not sure what's wrong with your light. I was curious are you able to fix it with an update? I know it is old and you may not have the Zmod vehicle car anymore, but I was just curious and wanted to ask.

I don't think he will. He is following what the RL department has on their vehicle and I like it how it looks too. It is clean looking.
Now he CAN make another vehicle that is not based in RL and add the r/b or r/w...
