  1. Hello, hope it is not too late for this reply. I can't help with an exact model ( s ) of a pre build PC, but I can give you information on what you must look, in order to make a better choice. In this price range actually it will be difficult to buy something that will be good enough, and it will be hard decision which PC to buy, but anyway...

CPU: For a better performance you need at least a 6 core CPU. But in this price range the choice is between AMD Ryzen 5600G or Intel core I5 10th or 11th generation. A 4 core CPU can also handle the game, but the performance that you will get, would be lower.

RAM: 2 Modules of 8 GB RAM, or 16 GB at total will be better, but again for this price, the choice is to get 1 module of 8 GB of RAM or 2 modules of 4 GB RAM each, or 8 GB of RAM at total. If you go for AMD based system, choose RAM which is at 32000 Mhz at least, if you go for Intel based system, it depends on the generation of the CPU but the minimum frequency / speed of the RAM is 2660 Mhz.

GPU: For a good gaming experiance, the minimum in 2022 for me is a GPU with at least 4 GB of VRAM, but for that price, you will be able to get a CPU with integrated graphics like 5600G or a GPU like GTX 1050 or 1030, or something from AMD, or may be if you have a luck from after market for a lower price.

SSD: More and more people switch to NVMe type of SSD because of the "better performance" as they say. There are cheaper NVMe SSDs, like ADATA or Western Digital ones, but SATA SSDs are also option. The minimum size for me in 2022 must be at least 512 or 500 GB in a SSD. But at the end of the day it depend on the money that you have.

HDD: HDDs are way cheaper than SSDs so you can buy one now, or may be a bit later, since they are usually used as "cold storage" for different types of files, by the most of the people. They are not of crucial importance if you are going for you first PC. You can even use an HDD from your old desktop, if you have one, and of course if it works well and don't have any issues.

Motherboard: In the pre builts actually they choose the cheapest possible Motherboards, so the possibilities for future upgrades are limited to minimum. The PC will work but for how long it depends on your style of usage. If you go for an AMD based system look for a MB that have at least B450 chipset, it is a bit old, but it is still reliable choice for budget builds.

PSU: Here again in the pre builts they tend to put the cheapest possible power supply units, so in some builts it actually is very risky to put a powerful GPU, or to upgrade the CPU, or to make an overclock to the RAM and the the other parts, because it can put at real danger your PC. But what I can say is to choose a PSU which is at least 550-650 Watts and have Gold or Bronze standard.

CASE and Cooling: Again in the pre builts they all the things in the cheapest possible cases with bad airflow. So if you can look carefully all the available information for the whole pre built. I strongly recommend to avoid cases in which the PSU is on the top, just a bit above the CPU itself, and to go for a case where the PSU is put at the bottom side of the case because the heat that the PC parts generate now is HUGE and it is very hard to cool them, especially in the budget systems. So the fans are of crucial importance, so look carefully and choose a system which comes at least with 2 fans on the case - 1 on the front panel, and 1 on the rare(back) panel. You can add in future may be 2 or 3 more fans, but it depends on the system itself and the case.

Conclusion: Actually I don't recommend to buy a pre build because the reasons that I have mentioned above and because in my country they are not the best choice when we want to buy a PC. But on the other hand if you can choose carefully and patiently your system even when it comes to a pre built PC, in order to be happy with it for a longer time.

What I can recommend is to go for a budget system based on AMD Ryzen 5600G, which will give the opportunity to play the game at mid-low settings. Don't know how much FPS you will get with LSPD:FR and other plugins and mods, it depends on the whole system and the way you play the game itself.

Hope all this would help you. Good luck!

  2. Hello everyone, I have a Dell Optiplex 760 with 8 GB of DDR2 RAM and an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E8400. So, does this PC will run GTA 5 and LSPD:FR even on Low / Normal settings without bunch of plugins, mods and etc?

This is the only PC that I have for now. It do not have a dedicated GPU, it has a 350GB Seagate HDD and Windows 10 installed on it. The monitor is old and 19" unit, from a brand called Hanspree, the exact model is Hanss-G 191HQ, the resolution of the monitor is 1280 x 1024. Yeah, I know this is a very old system, but for now I can't get anything better than this.
