Hey Sereous. Just grabbed the updated version, and I'm looking forward to recording the new ones. FYI. Here's the last one I did. I made a mistake regarding which one would be available on May 23. My apologies. Silent Alarm comes out next Monday.

that's awesome man, I can't wait to see it. Be sure to link it in the comments so we can all watch it. Update is dropping today too.
You bet I will post here. Ooh an update you say? Well then I'll have to check into that

Really enjoying creating episodes with this callout Sereous. I have a new video coming out Monday May 23rd showcasing Silent Alarm.

I have been using this pack for a while prior to any video creations, but now I will be showcasing the CVPI in an upcoming YouTube video. For my installation I have placed the CVPI in the fbi slot. Typically this is a Charger, but in the vehicles.meta file I use the POLICE handling line so the car won't flip. Handles like a dream.

I have RagePluginHookSDK.dll installed but I can't enter the bank
First not entirely sure why your using that dll because that's got nothing to do with configuring the callout. I highly recommend checking out Criminal Justice's YouTube channel and watching how to build a working LSPDFR setup. He walks you through everything step by step. Hope this helps.

Hey Sereous. Gonna add these callouts to my game. This along with City Nightz will certainy bring more entertainment to the videos!

Hey D0WN7OAD, I'll be working on a new video soon, and I've just added your callout pack to my LSPDFR install. I'm really intrigued with your concept and am stoked to them out. Will you be including an INI file in the next update? This is helpful in case one happens to crash, we can disable it until there's a fix.
Anyway, looking forward to this. Thanks for contributing to the LSPDFR community. I've also started following your page here.

This has got to be one of my favorite plugins for LSPDFR. I've been using it for quite a while now and has made my gaming experience far beyond what I thought possible. One thing I did was created the grammar of 10 codes for the state of Minnesota because there are a few that differ than "common". There is technically no standard for 10 codes across the US, but many are the same (like 10-4, 10-6, 10-7, etc.) In MN there is no Signal 99 or Code 99. They use 10-88 for these types of calls. MN also uses three 10 codes for civil defense: 10-96 (Alert), 10-97 (Evacuate), and 10-98 (Take Cover). These may have also been used during the Cold War era to warn of a nuclear attack, but no way to know for sure.
This is one huge reason I love working with Grammar Police, the ability to customize fully. Opus49 and BenH6021 have done an amazing job.

Hi again. In my testing, the car will flip when cornering hard at a higher speed. This happened on Marlow Drive, and the various roads in the Vinewood Hills area. The Sheriff slot I believe is designed for the Charger, and I'm guessing that may be why this happens. I think if the car uses the POLICE slot (which is used for CVPIs) handling lines it won't flip the car. I have not renamed the file myself, but I'm sure it would work. I've done that in the past with other cars. I'm still going to run this car during a video, so I'll make the handling line changes.
Another fix folks may need to do is adjust the window tint. While I can see out in first person POV, from the outside it's limo tint on the windows. Look inside vehicles.meta for diffuseTint and set the hex to 0x00FFFFFF and this will make the windows clear (if you want tint, just mess with the characters after 0x 0-9 and A-F).
Another thing would great is having the spotlight turn on with the takedown lights, and having rear deck lights (strobe or halogen styles will work on a car of this vintage You could also place a traffic advisor on the rear deck of the rear window. The interior looks really nice and you added a partition which is great. The textures for the seats, visor, and headlining look good, and the laptop isn't blinding with the graphics mods I use.
For a first attempt, I give you high marks, and perhaps some of what I mentioned can be taken into consideration for the next release.

Hi Severide
Just grabbed these cars and will be doing some in game testing, and will showcase them in an upcoming video. I like that you chose the Whelen Edge lightbar. Keep it up!

Excellent. I'll BOLO it!

i appreciate it :), im working on a f150 atm for it lol
Fantastic.
Might also look into the F250 as a potential because they can really traverse those mountainous roads very well.

With reagrds the brightness of the lights, you'd need to use a brighter lights mod, such as Radience V, or one that comes with NVR, NVE, etc.
And with regards the stage lighting for ELS, it's set to go straight to stage 3 because staged lighting looks weird on the vehicles. You can go back to staged lighting by going to the ELS VCF.xml files and setting 'auto' to 'manual'.Hope that helps
I'd add to that Better Radiance (comes with various visuals.meta files), and make sure you POST FX in the graphics settings in GTAV are set to Ultra. That makes a big difference

hey man, yeah unfortunately its the base that does lol, it sucks i know that
.. if i find a better base ill use it or i might just add another pickup to this and update it
No worries. Still gonna use these because these are very nice to be honest. If you do decide to change the vehicles, let me know and I'll showcase them in future LSPDFR videos I do.

Hey Big G. Just added two of the trucks from the DLC. I did notice that the Z71 is missing the roof when you are in first person. The lightbar is completely visible when looking up. Thought it was a tinted moon roof, but it is not. From the third person point of view it looks normal. I can't explain this one. Sadly I didn't get a screen shot, but I can if it would help? Still these are stellar vehicles.

Hey there OfficerSychrari. Been using the Charger for a couple recent LSPDFR episode. However during my night time patrol I noticed that the headlight corona for the passenger side is not in the correct position. It's down near the bottom on the bumper. The driver side is perfectly aligned. I've included two screen captures for the visual reference. There is also a possible issue with the traffic advisor. Seems on the lightbar only the right set of amber lights illuminate. The other half is in the back window. I'm not sure if that was intentional or not.
It's a nice car despite these lighting issues I noticed.

I currently own a StreetHawk All Light lightbar. It originally had the center grille, but I order the conversion kit from Fed Sig ($150 and didn't come with the center lights or color inserts) back in the late 90s and spent hours doing the upgrade. Fully lit it draws 24.5 amps (this is why police alternators had to be at least 100 amps)
I also owned a "Roscoe P Coltrane" AeroDynic lightbar. It was just all red and blue (no alley cutouts or amber lens for the rear). It used one motor and a long drive belt to spin all 6 rotators. Not sure if that Whelen 8000 was ever modeled, but there are good photos and a few vids that showcase it. Also the TwinSonic CTS (CalTrans) lightbar is another to add to the retro library. Need Plymouth Fury and Dodge Monaco cruisers to put them on.
-
I really don't either, but on occasion I will. I only noticed it the first time I went in there and had a big ol light fixture in my face, LOL. I do like the fact your chose a StreetHawk lightbar with the strobe option. Not sure how many agencies used that over the halogen rotator version?
Another lightbar you might want to look into for a future retro car is the Whelen model 8000. The use a Fresnel dome which really made the coronas pop. I'm old enough to remember when these were in service. This I believe would be the Granddaddy to the Edge series the company produced and was hugely popular. Yeah I'm a lightbar junkie. LOL
-
Love these cars, but there is a slight issue. When you go into first person the strobe lights on the driver and passenger side block line of sight. I'd recommend resizing them (if at all possible) or locating them on the dashboard instead (or use one in the center of the dashboard.) Otherwise they look stellar.

It was a false positive, and I spoke to the team at Malwarebytes and this has been immediately amended!
Any worry has hopefully now been relieved.
That's what I had figured it was, but wanted to verify. Thanks brother for checking into that, and yes I am enjoying these callouts. They are on my recommended mod list.

Hey Charlie686 really enjoy this callout, been using it since you released it. One thing I did notice with the download link is it detects an anomaly. Might be a good idea to find out why it scans as that rather than clean. I've scanned it with my own software and it gives it a clean result.
Best of luck on your studies.
