Realistic Fast Draw enhances officer readiness in LSPDFR. This plugin focuses on faster, smoother weapon draw when exiting vehicles for maximum immersion and safety.
This script allows your ped to draw a pistol instantly while exiting a vehicle. Hold the vehicle exit key (default: F) to activate Fast Draw. Tap the key normally to exit without drawing. This works alongside with ELS which adds a beep sound periodically to notify you to know that your lights are on when they are activated once when the lights are in Stage 3 or Code 3.

Are you tired of animals crossing roads when in a pursuit or just patrolling? I know I do. 
This mod prevents the animals that cross roads from crossing the roads.
There was a mod like this almost 3 years ago but got removed from the site by the original author.

What does this do? When you are within arms reach of peds and have weapons equip when you press R or Fire your character will perform a melee attack,
this mod gets rid of this feature when pressing R or Firing.

Put Weapons.meta in: Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai
 
This is not compatible with mods that change the weapons.meta if you want to remove the feature yourself 
just remove "AllowCloseQuarterKills" from the weapon flags yourself
