  1. Definitely a plugin issue now. Can you post a screenshot of your plugins folder?

I had this issue last week from old plugins - an easy way to pinpoint which one is remove half of your plugins, load up GTA V > Force Duty. If she crashes, Alt + Tab out of the game, remove half of whats left, Alt + Tab back into the game, Click F4 > Type in LoadPlugin and select the LSPDFR mod > Then Force duty again. Repeat this process until everything works and you've identified the culprit.

You could even start with callout plugins. One of these did it for me I believe.

  2. Definitely try @XTREMEHEAT's recommendations!

In terms of your files, i'm not seeing any red flags here. The only thing you could try is removing the "PackfileLimitAdjuster.ini" & "PackfileLimitAdjuster.asi" from your main folder. I have personally had a lot of problems with this mod in the past. If it doesn't make any difference, you can just pop it back in once the test is done.

  3. Hey and welcome to LSPDFR!

Thats a great question - it can definitely be a little overwhelming to get setup the first time.

Here is a pretty comprehensive LSPDFR tutorial on YouTube I found. Looks like it gives you step-by-step instructions from downloading LSPDFR to getting all the right plugins installed to make sure it runs.

    Hope this helps!

  4. Hmm that is really odd. I am having the same issue. Possible the search system broke recently?

Tip in the meantime: This site is really well indexed on Google, so if you type in LSPDFR and then your search term in Google, you should get a nice list of files from this site. For example the following for the CVPI query: https://www.google.com/search?q=lspdfr+cvpi&oq=lspdfr

Not the most ideal but should help you navigate in the meantime. Hope that helps!

  5. Oh perfect at least that is running as intended!

Most of the mods on this site come handy with install instructions, but here is a quick rundown on the basic process:

    Scripts

    - LSPDFR scripts/plugins/callouts will typically get pasted into your Grand Theft Auto V/Plugins/LSPDFR folder (Typically if you just copy the file tree in the downloaded script and paste it in your GTA 5 folder, it will get pasted in the right place).  You can install these from the following link: https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/

    Uniforms

    - For uniforms, make sure you install a program called OpenIV and get that setup. Then you can install EUP & the EUP menu (linked below) which will give you additional uniforms/ped customization in the game.

    Vehicle Skins

    - Skin modding for vehicles is a little more involved, but you should be able to find some walkthrough videos on YouTube.

    Top Plugins

    - This video does a great job of talking about some hot script plugins to make your LSPDFR experience more realistic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WF5zzvcuW6g

(Note: Plugins like StickyWheels noted in this video get pasted directly in the Grand Theft Auto V/Plugins folder)

Was hoping someone could make a Seattle Police pack. Most that I've seen on here are either their old liveries or lore friendly

Hey! Not sure if these are exactly what you're looking for but looks like there might be some Seattle-style liveries/vehicles available already.

  7. You might be able to find a shoulder mic like this and get it to work? Would definitely be some trial and error.  https://www.amazon.com/Microphone-Headphone-Handheld-Shoulder-External/dp/B07QJ6KGL5

Looks like this guy has a trrs 3.5mm jack which means you would need a trs to trrs adapter if plugging it in a traditional computer that has both a mic and audio port. But if plugging into a modern laptop with 1 combined port for both mic/audio, you might get this to work. I have no idea if the trigger would work or if that operates with the walkie in some form or fashion.

But at the end of the day my thought is a mic is a mic and a speaker a speaker so in theory the computer should recognize it. If all goes well that is.

There is no key in the latest version of LSPDFR. You can use the Police Radio to request a new callout. If you'd rather use a key instead, please open the RAGE Plugin Hook console and type "bind X StartCallout". This will bind the command "StartCallout" to the X key, so you can then use X to start a new one immediately.

Dude this is a life saver! Thank you for noting this 🤠

  9. Wassup Big Daddy T!

Are you trying to get the LSPDFR mod up and running? Or just other mods in general?

To say the least, LSPDFR is quite the dog to get working right on the first go around. Theres all these little nitty gritty script loaders and such that need to be in the folder to get everything to work right.

I guess my first question would be - do you have RagePluginHook installed and if so, is that what you are starting up the game with to load LSPDFR?
