  1. This still looks like a window tint issue. Are you sure that you changed the correct diffuse tint, every vehicle will have one so you will need to specifically change the Sheriff2 one, not just the first one you see. If you have a trainer, try changing the tint that way. If this still hasn't fixed it, there is a slight chance that the issue may caused by the vehicle being dirty. Try using the "wash" command in the RAGE console (F4).

  2. Ok, so it sounds like this might be a RPH issue. Try setting RPH to have no plugins load on startup and also add "-windowed" to Commandline.txt. Then load GTAV up and then once in story mode, load up RPH.

  3. Hi LCSPD,

    In regard to the OpenIV issue, you can safely ignore this. It will have no impact on the model in game at all.

    For the tinted windows, you will need to change the tint. You can either do this is game, via a trainer, or you can edit the tint in the Vehicles.meta file. To do this you'll want to navigate to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta and then to the Sheriff2 section. You'll next need to change the tint colour. Simple change the Diffuse tint line so that it looks like this:

    Quote

    <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

  4. Hi Callum,

    I see that you have attached a log. Is this the entire file or is there more to it?

    If this is the entire log, please try running GTA V without RAGE Plugin Hook.

    If it fails to load try renaming your "mods" folder to "_mods" and try again.

    Once you have done this let me know how you have got on and which step prevented a crash. Please note that these are diagnostic steps and not fixes for your game, we will need to do some further action before your game is fixed.

    However, if there is more to your log, please upload the full document and I will take a look through.

  5. Virtually everyone has at some point put a vehicle skin onto a vehicle, loaded up in game and seen it’s all messed up and then realised they have the wrong base model.

    There are many many skins out there in this website and many many vehicle models. I suggest that a tag for base model is included into the file information section for skins and vehicles so that we can search for downloads by base model type.

  6. This looks like a crash to desktop. This is likely cause by something in your mod folder not being installed correctly. Temporarily rename your mods folder to "_mods" and then try running the game. If the game runs, double check anything you installed since the last time you had the game running is installed correctly.
