Traffic Callouts v1.0

Callouts
1. Broken Car: A person's car is broken and stands on a road.
2. Dead animal on a street: Someone's dog has been ran over, get to the scene, talk to the victim and handle the situation.
3. Heavy vehicle on a dirt road: A heavy vehicle (6 tons+) has been spotted on a dirt road, perform a traffic stop and talk to the driver.
4. Person on a highway: Citizens are reporting a person on a hwy, get to the scene very fast and talk to the suspect.
5. Person refusing to pay for gas: Get to the gas station and talk to the seller and the suspect.
6. Wild animals on a highway: Various wild animals are on a highway and block the traffic, scare them off.
7. Unsecured load: A driver didn't secure his load, pull the suspect over and reprimand him.

Door Control

This is a simple LSPDFR Plugin that allows you to change when the door stays open after exiting your police vehicle, and makes managing your police vehicle while on duty a touch easier and more realistic. It requires you to be on duty through LSPDFR. It is not intended as a direct replacement for KTFDO, as it is not a standalone RPH plugin. It rather implements a feature I personally wanted to add to LSPDFR. Door control, as well as the menu, only works for police vehicles.
Features
DOOR CONTROL - The door of your police vehicle will always remain open after exiting. DOOR CONTROL ONLY ON TRAFFIC STOPS/PURSUITS - More Realistic, the door of your police vehicle will only remain open when on a traffic stop, active pursuit, or if the player is in combat. This was the main reason I made this plugin, I wanted a more realistic option - The main times a police officer will leave the door open is for cover, usually on a pursuit, traffic stop, or other high-risk pullover. OTHER VEHICLE OPTIONS - Including Opening/Closing police vehicle doors, cleaning/repairing police vehicle, teleporting to your most recent police vehicle, and spawning your favourite police vehicle. FULL CONTROLLER SUPPORT - The Default Controller Key to Exit the Vehicle is set to 'Y'. If Door Control does not engage, you may have to change it in the .ini. The default menu toggle key is Right Control Key, and there is none for Controller, so you will also have to add it in the .ini if you do not want to use the keyboard. If you have KTFDO already installed, this plugin is still compatible. Simply set "Load Door Control on Startup" to false in the .ini settings, and you can still choose whether or not to keep the door open with the key press. If you enable Door Control on Pursuits/Traffic Stops Only, this makes it very convenient.

How to Use
Go on duty, either by using a police station or typing 'forceduty' into the RPH console. Do NOT load this plugin through the RPH console. This plugin will load automatically once you go on duty. If you can load this plugin through RPH console, you did not install it correctly. Press "Right Control Key" or Whatever You Changed the Key to, to open the menu.  By Default, Door Control will be enabled on startup. Door Control only during traffic stops and Pursuits is not. You can change what is enabled on startup in the .ini Settings file, or enable/disable features in-game, using the menu. Please note, if you enable/disable Door Control while currently in a police vehicle, you will have to exit, then re-enter the vehicle for the changes to take effect. What does this plugin do? This plugin adds a realistic body cam overlay and also plays the sound every 90 seconds (by default, can be configured).
 
 

 
You can change:
The time between the beeps The serial number in the overlay The model text in the overlay The logo and sound A manual toggle key to activate/deactivate the overlay The general overlay scale The date If it works in every view or first person only  
 

 
A legit copy of Grand Theft Auto V RAGE Plugin Hook  
 

 
Installation:
1. Copy the files from the .zip into your Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\ folder.
2. Check the .ini file in Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ and adjust the settings and keybinds to your liking.
3. Load the plugin via the RAGE Plugin Hook settings or ingame via the console and enjoy 🙂
 

How to use the custom logo/sound:
 
Logo: Place a .png with the logo of your choice (and preferably transparent background) in the Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ folder and name the file "custom.png".
Sound: Place a .wav file with the sound of your choice in the Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ folder and name the file "custom.wav".
 
Don't go too crazy with the logo/sound files and keep them as small as possible in terms of file size. Larger sizes might cause issues/crashes.

This is a simple LSPDFR Plugin that allows you to change when the door stays open after exiting your police vehicle, and makes managing your police vehicle while on duty a touch easier and more realistic. It requires you to be on duty through LSPDFR. It is not intended as a direct replacement for KTFDO, as it is not a standalone RPH plugin. DOOR CONTROL ONLY ON TRAFFIC STOPS/PURSUITS - More Realistic, the door of your police vehicle will only remain open when on a traffic stop, active pursuit, or if the player is in combat. This was the main reason I made this plugin, I wanted a more realistic option - The main times a police officer will leave the door open is for cover, usually on a pursuit, traffic stop, or other high-risk pullover. OTHER VEHICLE OPTIONS - Including Opening/Closing police vehicle doors, cleaning/repairing police vehicle, teleporting to your most recent police vehicle, and spawning your favourite police vehicle. FULL CONTROLLER SUPPORT - The Default Controller Key to Exit the Vehicle is set to 'Y'. If Door Control does not engage, you may have to change it in the .ini. The default menu toggle key is Right Control Key, and there is none for Controller, so you will also have to add it in the .ini if you do not want to use the keyboard. If you have KTFDO already installed, this plugin is still compatible. Simply set "Load Door Control on Startup" to false in the .ini settings, and you can still choose whether or not to keep the door open with the key press. Hey all!

After not being active in GTA modding for a long time, I could no longer resist and I started modding again. I've been working on this callouts plugin on and off for a while now and I think it's about time to release it.

Installation
Same as always. Drag and drop the files in the archive in your GTA 5 installation directory.
 
Callouts included
I still have a lot of ideas for new callouts, but this is what is included at the moment.
Fleeing suspect
An officer was chasing a fleeing suspect but has lost him/her. Go to the scene and search the area for somebody matching the description.
Don't waste too much time: the longer it takes, the further away the suspect may get.
HEMS Assistance
Some paramedics in an ambulance need urgent assistance from a trauma surgeon. The helicopter cannot land next to the ambulance, so go to the landing location and transport the surgeon to the ambulance.
Illegal protest
A group of citizens has gathered to protest outside of a building. Go there and disperse the protestors.
If they do not want to leave, the riot police is at your disposal.
Skinny Dipping
Reports are coming in of some swimmer(s) in less than appropriate attire. Go to the area and deal with the situation as you see fit.
Suicide attempt
Somebody on top of a building/structure is threatening to jump off.
In order to negotiate with him, press they Y key whenever the person says something positive, or the N key when the person says something negative.
Trespassing
One or more individuals were spotted trespassing on private property. Go to the area and investigate to see if you can spot suspicious behavior.
Suspicious parked vehicle
There have been reports of a suspicious vehicle. Go there and try to find it, deal with the situation as you see fit.
Robbery alarm
A robbery alarm has gone off at a store. Hurry over there to arrest the robber(s).
 
Vehicle intercept
Your assistance is requested to intercept a vehicle on the highway. Go to the scene and wait next to the highway to intercept the vehicle matching the description.
 
Snowball fight
This callout only spawns when it is snowing. A report has come in of a snowball fight on the roads of San Andreas. Go there to break it up. Use another mode, like the GTA V Snow Mod from LMS for enabling snow and snowballs in your game.
 
LST Assistance
The Los Santos Transit is requesting your assistance:
Fare Evader: Somebody did not pay for a ticket and does not want to ID themselves with the LST officer Fall from stairs: Somebody fell of the stairs to the platform Homeless person: Some homeless person is begging in the station lobby LST Officer under attack: Somebody is attacking an LST officer  
Refused bus passenger
The bus driver does not want this person on the bus due to their behavior, but they refuse to leave the bus.
 
Taxi Fare Evader
Somebody did not want to pay for the ride and ran off, the driver has given chase and is providing location updates.
 
Possible Burglary
There are reports of a possible attempted burglary. Go to the house address and investigate.
 
Home Invasion
A civilian has called the police to report somebody has broken into their home. Hurry to the scene before the situation escalates. This callout requires OpenInteriors to be installed.
 
 
Configuration settings
Keys
These keys can be changed in the configuration file.
ActionKey (default NumPad5 ) used in some callouts to perform a specific action
EndCalloutKey (default End ) used to (force) end the currently active callout
DialoguePositiveKey (default: Y)
DialogueNegativeKey (default: N)
DispatchRiotPoliceKey and DispatchRiotPoliceModifierKey (default: LCTRL+R ) used to call in the riot police
Other settings
EnableStoryCharacters: Used for enabling / disabling story characters
MaxRange: The maximum distance from the player the plugin uses when determining a suitable spawn location for a callout
UpdateCheck: Used for enabling / disabling the check for an updated version on startup
FleeingSuspectTimeBeforeAssistanceSeconds: The amount of time after which other officers can also spot the suspect.
DisableExplicitContent: Setting for disabling explicit content
Enable<CalloutName>: Used for enabling / disabling specific callouts
EnableDaytimeBurglaries: Enable burglary callouts during the day instead of only during the night
EnableCalloutFeedback: Show a big callout complete message on screen with reason for failure/success. Not yet implemented for all callouts
ForceEnableHomeInvasion: Force enables the 'Home Invasion' callout, even when OpenInteriors is not installed
 
Known issues
HEMS helicopter is just weird sometimes
Programming the landing of the helicopter for the HEMS Assistance callout was not very straightforward, so it may not always land nicely.
Also, when you get back to the helicopter, it may happen that it is invisible. I have no idea why.
 
If anything happens that inhibits you from continuing/finishing a callout, all of the callouts can be force-ended by pressing the End key.

LSPD 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility
To install this vehicle, use OpenIV and navigate to your latest patchday (Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday14ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf) and place the files there. This vehicle has fully working takedowns and scene lighting. The vehicle comes with optional all blue lighting as well.

Decided to build a SAEMS Tahoe because why not. There are currently no known issues with the model, if you find any please let me know in the comments section. This model is a replace for the FBI2 slot, no I will not make it a addon.

This is a simple LSPDFR Plugin that allows you to change when the door stays open after exiting your police vehicle, and makes managing your police vehicle while on duty a touch easier and more realistic. It requires you to be on duty through LSPDFR. It is not intended as a direct replacement for KTFDO, as it is not a standalone RPH plugin.
