hi i was wondering if anyone had a Rcmp pack with check stop truck like the one in this picture i really need one and i cant fine one anywhere
i dont need a full pack but i will take it if it has truck
I think the closest thing to that is >this Command Center.
All that'd need to be done, is to put an RCMP Texture on it, along with a Checkstop logo/ image like that one.
There's another Command Center out there, that is based off the Chevrolet Stepvan, however I don't have a link to it at the moment.

Hi guys,
First off, I apologize if this is in the wrong section.
Second, the F-150 this topic is about is here.
I'm wondering how, in this video they got the wheels to be black, as upon download, the wheels are a grey-ish color.
I'm sure it's not with the trainer, as I've downloaded this F-150, and the wheels cannot change color via the trainer.
I've tried editing a part of the whl texture, to black and it didn't work.
There is no other obvious textures to do with the wheels.
Any thoughts?

Did you move your vehicle's chassis and vehiclename.wft dummies accidentally?
I've had that same problem, and, in my case anyways, it was because those 2 dummies had been moved accidentally.
To fix it, I just moved the dummies back to the exact center of the axis, so it appeared in the center, in every view in zModeler (Left, right, top, etc.)
Edit: Tried to edit this in earlier, but, keep in mind, the solution above is what fixed it for me, in that case.
There may be another problem/ solution then the one above. All I can suggest is try what I said above, and if it doesn't work, then you know it isn't the chassis and vehiclename.wft dummies.

So basically the model i have has no template at all so nothing is assigned so i made a template now how do i fit it to the model?

Sometimes, I'll go off duty, and piss off the AI Cops
Other times, I'll just play LCPDFR until my game crashes (sometimes with the annoying errors)
Then other times I'll just play until when/ if I get texture loss

Does anyone know where I can find a unlocked 2013-2014 Ford Explorer.
Thanks in advance
There's this one >here
But there are edits required to turn it into a Proper Police Interceptor

Currently, since I've began modeling vehicles, they are:
1. Federal Signal Legend
2. Code 3 21TR
3. Whelen Inner Edge XLP

False

Moving the dummies down does work, as I've done it myself just enough to make sure the person's head doesn't stick through the roof or interfere with any rear window lighting.
But, you'll still have the issue of the character sinking into the seat.
So, like everyone else has said, it's kind of a lose/ lose situation.
Only solution is, to not use that particular car for transporting prisoners

False. :P
The person below me owns at least one ATV (Quad)

From some of the GTA Online videos I've watched of people that do the things that make them assholes (trolling, etc.), they do it to one specific person, randomly picked in the beginning, either until he leaves the game or quits responding to what the guys doing to piss him off.
Some other people, they're just cool with it, when/ if they find out the reason behind that person being an asshole.
But there are some people who do it just to piss you off, because they know it pisses you off. Just ignore them, and they'll hopefully leave you alone, and move on.
If you want to continue GTA Online, with only your friends, and anyone else you invite, I found this video that shows you how to make a private (closed)/ invite only match in GTA Online.

Copy the default_config file from ELS v8, edit it to your liking, save it as something else other then default_config.
Open up the _SLOTCONTROL.ini file, find the vehicle you're using the FPI with, and if the file is set to default_config then change it to whatever you saved the file as.
Example is, I have the FPI in the police slot, and named the file fordinterceptor.
Here's what the _SLOTCONTROL.ini entry for police would look like:
In this case, change the fordinterceptor in the below example to whatever you named the config file, and for the vehicle you're using the FPI under, that would be where VEHICLESLOTNAME is.[ VEHICLESLOTNAME ] Status = on File = fordinterceptor
I hope this helped. :)

Hi guys,
I came across this article shared by my news station Global News on Facebook.
Basically, the article is about the 7 PM curfew in effect only for Halloween for children 16 & under in Bonnyville, 140 kms northeast of Edmonton.
The article also says that the idea to extend the curfew was declined.
What are your thoughts on this?
Please read through the article first before posting, as I just gave you the main point of the article, with no quotes.
Here's the full article link as well: http://globalnews.ca/news/1581750/its-all-about-the-safety-of-the-kids-bonnyville-mayor-on-7-p-m-halloween-curfew/
My thoughts are, that 7 PM is a bit early, and should have been extended to at least 8 PM, since most prefer to go trick or treating when it's pretty much completely dark outside, and at 7 PM, it's just starting to get dark. Yes, it's dark, but not dark enough for trick or treating.
Note: I do not intend for this topic to turn into any kind of flame war, or argument, that results in it getting locked.
Please think before posting anything that might start an on-going argument, or flame war, that would only end upon the topic being locked. :)

I've had that problem before with some models I've made, whether it's the actual part, or the pre-mapped ELS, and some I've downloaded.
It's the result of the L1 of that particular part not being scaled down to the same size as the L0
The image looks like it's a Whelen Inner Edge, and I've had that problem before.
The Inner Edge imports way larger then the vehicle, as it's easier to model stuff when it's a size like that.
Whoever modeled the car, scaled down the L0, but didn't scale the L1 and left it as is.
Here's a screenshot of the Inner Edge after importing in zModeler, compared to the CVPI:

Maybe he has EFLC?
I did consider that, while taking into consideration what was written in his first post, and the fact nothing was mentioned about EFLC, so I posted what I did, on the safe assumption he is not running EFLC.
How do I add handling lines to police3,police4,pstockade,and nstockade.
Please help
CodeThreeEN, could you clarify as to whether you are using EFLC or not? :)
-
If you're using the >More Vehicles mod, you would add the handling for Police3 and Police4 in morehandling.dat.
As for Pstockade, and Nstockade, you'll have to follow what was said up above

Just got zmodeler 2 and I was going to begin trying to mod my first vehicle. I was trying to install BXBugs whelen inner edge that I got off of gtapolicemods and while I was able to get it onto zmodeler it shows up as a front light and a back light (both facing the front of the car) when I click on the light that needs to go to the back of the car both lights get selected and I cant figure out how to separate the two. Hoping someone can help
1. Go into Polygon Mode (Shortcut: 3)
2. Go to Select -> Quadr
3. Turn on Selected Mode (Spacebar)
4. Go to Modify -> Submesh -> Detach
5. Right click and select which ever part of it you want to detach
6. Left click to detach.
You should now have the parts separated!
Happy Modding!

Yes, release :D

Reading this also makes me wonder, what's going to happen to the existing players of Minecraft.
I've had Minecraft for a few years, and do play it occasionally.
Probably going to go downhill, and require monthly payment or something.

First, my texturing started when I wanted to just have local P.D. textures on vehicles in-game, and I knew that it was fairly easy, so I wasn't going to ask anyone to make my textures for me.
I had Paint.NET, but never got texturing, until I learned how to do it with the template (thnx to a tutorial here, I think)
Second, I started modeling in zModeler, because I did know, that I can't/ shouldn't rely on other modders to make vehicles for me, whether they're for a clan pack, or for personal use, and I couldn't always rely on someone else to model vehicles all the time.
My vehicle modeling started with a simple join.me session with another modder who was willing to help me, with the very basic stuff, such as mapping ELS, etc.
He sent me the files of the exact same Charger I was trying to model at the time, to allow me to see how it was setup, with just one lightbar.
The next day, I just started modeling, following some tutorials on YouTube along with what I learned already, and I'm now here.
I feel I've accomplished what I've wanted (learning how to model vehicles, and getting them in-game with zero errors because of the model), but in terms of modding, I still need to/ would like to learn modelling in 3DS Max, scratch modelling, and possibly how to make peds.
